Even if it isn't the more he experiences loses the more he gets use to them so he can become more confident, and the more experience in high pressure situations is good for players.
Also realistically he was the best choice in that position.

Liquid has come out at the ace several times before, even at live GSTL matches for both Liquid and oGs, so saving him for the ace match is the right thing to do. It's a pity that he had to face a GSL Protoss champion i his weakest matchup
No worries though HerO. We fans will always support you. Every lost only makes you stronger. HerO fighting <3

indeed, the initial defense against seed blink stalkers with the second immortal popping out just at the right time and the blink stalkers harrass was awesome, second place after beating so many great teams is still really good

Yup, was a great game. Thanks HerO. I'm not disappointed! Of course a win would have been even more epic, but progress is a win too.

Laws change depending on who's making them, but justice is justice
I feel so bad for HerO just because of how unfair that situation felt in the TAC finals felt. Not unfair as in any actual injustice was perpetrated by some culprit, but unfair just because of how unfortunate it was for him. Taeja got so many kills, and HerO is called in during Liquid's most critical moment, only to have to face Seed who recently 4-1'd MC, in a PvP which he really dislikes. So, he has the added pressure of Taeja's amazing performance in the sense that he doesn't want to let Taeja down after he fought so hard, only he's pitted in his worst/least favorite matchup against someone who recently has been excelling in that very matchup. Just so unfortunate >_<
Glad to see that he's keeping a good attitude though! Go Hero

I've had this vid lying around my computer for ages, the quality is pretty bad but I figured I'd upload it now anyway. It saddens me to see people trashing HerO and the guy looking so crushed after the TAC finals, so I figured I'd remind people what a boss the guy is
@HolyArrow yeah I agree with your assessment pretty much entirely, HerO didn't really get a chance to show what he can do, PvP is so unforgiving. He pretty much lost by being slightly out of position and losing his Nexus, after great defence, and still almost pulled it back to even by sniping 20+ probes!

Yeah, I would have loved to see some good old PvZ or PvT from HerO, but the IM Protoss core is just so deadly that they kept getting sent out and thus Hero never really had a chance to shine
HerO's PvP has been vastly improving recently imo. I think he goes blink a little too much maybe but he's sick good at it. His blink play in PvP is some of the best in the world with the insane micro he has. He'll find his way in PvP, reinvent the PvZ matchup and become the true king of protoss. Because he's the HerO we deserve!
