Hello everyone!
For those of you who don't know me (most of you!), I'm Marc, aka ThePowerHour.644 on NA. I've recently returned to streaming, and want to have some games to cast. In addition, I just got a really cool mic that I'm itching to try out - so I thought I'd organize an impromptu tournament on the NA server. If you're at all interested in getting a little tournament experience, or if you're just relaxing on SC2 on a Friday night, feel free to join!

Format
Single elimination, best-of-3 tournament with a best-of-5 final
Who's allowed
I won't discriminate - players of any league or rank are allowed!
Map Pool
The seven MLG maps on NA: Metalopolis, Xel'Naga Caverns, Shakuras Plateau, Shattered Temple, Testbug, Tal'darim Altar, and Dual Sight. The starting map will be decided by veto: each player will veto a map until one is left. The next map will be the loser's pick. Please use the MLG versions of the maps for continuity and to familiarize yourselves with the maps that will be seen in Anaheim!
Prize
As this is an impromptu tournament, I'm not going to offer a prize other than the opportunity to get relevant tournament experience and to have your games casted!
Check-in
Anytime before now and 21:30 PDT, meet in channel TPHTournament on NA Battle.net. I will enter you into the tournament bracket and then assign your matches.
