Has anyone tried out the new xsplit gamesource option yet? I've tried it with Starcraft II and it's not working very well for me. It seems to always drop my in-game fps down to 15-17 fps, regardless of in-game settings or which video card I'm using (I tried both a 6770 and a 6970, both get 15-17 fps). I feel like one out of the many tries got something like 45-50 fps, but I don't remember how I achieved that.

So basically, please post your results and experience with the new xsplit gamesource option in this thread. (This new option is only for people who pre-purchased xsplit and who have logged in with this combo: user:tier3@xsplit.com pass:update)

For those who doesn't know GameSource yet, here's an explanation.

@Cambam
You neglect to mention your streaming settings and CPU (as well as what you were getting using the standard capture driver). I think it's quite relevant.

Personnally I have semi-bad experience with their latest beta (the ones you need to do a special login to get), so I'm waiting for it to be released in the mandatory update.
