Actually, puzzle does alot of 6gates, after seeing his ladder play in his stream. Shows how predictable and inflexible protoss is compared to the other races.

Puzzle walls off like this*, as far as I know, so that if you happen to scout an early pool build from zerg you can create the wall with an additional pylon before a forge or core finishes.
I also like to wall this way because some chokes can be semi-problematic for me in terms of what side the gate and core should go on to create a perfect wall off.

Because if Zerg goes for 9 pool he can snipe your Cyber Core before you can clean up all the lings, thus putting your WG research way behind. |
