I'm not particularly a fan of most music genres that are popular (classical hwaiting!), but I know when to respect other people's opinions, and am even experimenting with the genre myself. You act as if a genre cannot be created, recognized, or respected if it does not already exist, and at the same time believe it's something set in stone by some dictionary definition (i.e. what you think). As it turns out, you're wrong. And even IF you wanted to "set things right", rather than bashing others for their taste in music, you could simply contribute your own music and let us judge what we make of it as you do with others. Unfortunatly that thread is more about Dirty/Filthy dubstep. And as much as I love it, there is nothing like cruising at night with you girl while listening to Liquid Dubstep a.k.a LiquidStep.

While harder, rawer dubstep has its place nothing can chill me out more then the liquid.
Reminds me, I recently wiped my computer and lost all my music, need to go download it all again.

soft/melodic/upbeat/happy versions of darker electronic music genres.
Really there is only two, Liquid DnB and Liquid Dubstep. |

Consider the fact that there's a Metal Thread, Death metal Tread, Indie Rock thread, Country Rock Thread, etc. I think we deserve a Liquid Dubstep Thread. |

I don't understand what you're talking about sub-sub genre. There is enough difference here to be its own distinct form of music. Stop hating.
