I'll pay you for SC2, then for the expansion, then for the next expansion, and then for battlenet and then I'll realize you waited too much to give me the game, that I grew too old, and I'll return the hate 1000x times

Speaking of Liverpool players...
Downing? Seriously, what the fuck. The guy doesn't have a single goal or assist this year. I'll repeat that: the left winger, who's job it is to beat the fullback and get the ball in the box, doesn't have a single assist or goal this whole year. He isn't that good at the best of times, and now you're taking him to the Euros on the back of the worst form of his career...? Can anyone actually come up with a reason for this, other than 'We need a left sided player'? For me, Adam Johnson, hands down, should be going in front of him. Despite a lack of playing time at City he's contributed a hell of a lot more over the season. Hell, I'd play Young here instead. And Glen Johnson at right back? Really? Another member of a vastly underachieving team this year, and has apparently never learned to defend. Decent going forward but cannot tackle or position himself to save his life. Richards should be here, 100%.
Looking at the lineup I can see we're not going 4-3-3. I'll guess our normal, stodgy 4-4-2 will be the backup, and we'll play 4-5-1 with both Lamps and Gerrard in the middle with Parker just behind, because hey, that's always worked in the past. Poor selection albeit in a very short space of time without being able to work with his squad. I think we'll struggle to finish second behind France in the group and get knocked out in the first knockout regardless of who we play.
Caroll has been an absolute beast the latest two months and I for one would take him over Crouch any day of the week.
Downing... Yeah, he had a bad season. He did score in the FA Cup though so he's not completely goal-less ^^ Glen Johnson had a hard season with lot's of small injuries and such but he's not as bad as you say man He probably isn't the first choice anyway, but he could be a great player to throw in when behind a goal. Though I guess you don't really make a substitution for the full back in that situation, but anyway, I think he deserves a spot in the squad.
Hoping for England to finish 2nd behind Sweden ^^ I actually think we have a decent chance to make it out of the group!
LOL you guys underestimate france too much. It's hilarious.
no i don't, I said I hope for Swe & eng but sure France has great players. Their tournament results over the last years haven't been too impressive though.

You said you hope Swe and Eng, but then you followed up by saying you guys have a decent chance of getting out of the group. France is totally a different team now compare to previous squads. It's a new team and new coach so don't think we played like shit in the past two tournaments and think its going to be a cake walk. France is going to give you a reality check. Our last match we even beat Germany in Bremen. So don't underestimate us.
Anyone know the best store for football jerseys (that will ship to Australia)? Looking to buy a Gotze German jersey for the upcoming Euros (and Kagawa for United next season, whenever he will come).
Wondering about the consequences of yesterday's CL final for the upcoming European Championship - Bayern players are the majority of Germany's current starting 11 (Neuer, Badstuber, Boateng, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Müller) as well as frequently substituted in (Kroos, Gomez). With the mental hit all these players took from losing the match (and an unsatisfying season in all regards), Germany's chances for the cup may have been seriously diminished.

They might want to prove themself though and play better than ever. Who knows though these things are always difficult to forsee.

As far as i've read and seen, germany always performs better when they are "underdogs" (nation that strong clearly cannot be seen as underdogs, but when they don't have favorites tag pinned on them) so actually it just might enhance their EC play. At least i'm hoping for it.

Bayern also lost a CL final in 2010. Most German players ignore what happens with their club side in the national team.
