I will most likely be attending the HC CT event. I am really excited! The only problem is I haven't played PoE in a few months. So hopefully I don't suck to bad. Gonna be rollin' me a Templar. Hope to see some TLers on the battlefield.
Also NotSorry will you post stream link I'll add it to the OP. If I'm busy and can't attend I'll for sure tune in. |

Avatar of Fire is removed from the game in 0.9.9 for balance-reasons, but when it comes back is a question of "when it is ready"-itis. There will be at least a 0.9.10-patch before the open beta starts. Open beta is scheduled to start in june or july, but since you can buy access to the game for 10 US$ to the closed beta - and get points accordingly for the shop in the same deal - it is less of an issue. |

i started a templar after my duelist died at 15ish level, just because i underestimated an area

You should have just went on a killing spree with the duelist, doubt anyone could have beat you 1v1, the guy who got #1 was a lvl8 duelist. Phase run + Dual strike really needs a nerfing, but till then might as well abuse the hell out of it. |

Went well enough, altho I feel HC CT will be much better off after release, you really need a larger pool of players to keep it going cause most rage quit after their first death. A bit more work needs to be done on balancing, such as Duelist 1-2shotting people with phase run + dual strike or frost witches freeze locking you so you can barely fight back which is really noticeable in these short test leagues due to not having the luck of finding a flask with remove freeze or some cold resist gear. |

31ish level, mainly using ground slam, glacial hammer, tempest shield and wrath.
would say i am pretty tanky (alteast i hope so :D) |

| hm, my resistances are currently all above 50 or 60 i think and most of my passive skill tree is for defensive stuff, aka. strength, hp increase, hp regen. and next i think i go for golems blood. more regen |

well, i'm careful. i ripped enough characters last ladder reset in d2 hc :D but they haven't been anywhere near as sturdy as this templar.
pretty sure i'll can play chaos if i continue my build as i started it :D |

| I wish you lots of luck byFd. The last character I didn't think I was going to lose I came across two bears in act 2 with increased movement speed, damage and critical strike auras.
