If you play with matches, you get burnt.
Steroids and what not will kill you. Even at 22. Nobody is superman as we can see.
Too bad, but that's life.
What I don't get is, people saying that other people are inspired by him and look up to him, because of his training..
Why?
It's not THAT hard to get pumped with roids in the system.Last edit: 2011-08-10 22:25:37 |

I think it has more to do with his outlook on life and the message he conveyed to others. He was a typical teenager with low self-esteem, and through perseverance and hard work he changed that. |

I don't give a shit about his muscles, he was a nerd when he was a kid but he turned into a guy filled to the brim with confidence and just enjoying life, that is something that a lot of people find truly inspiring.
His family has a history of heart problems, running a dbol/test/clen/whatever cycle is not going to kill you, please don't get zyzz confused with roid freaks like Coleman, Cutler, Ruhl etc. |

You still need to put in a ton of work to get a good body on roids. Zyzz clearly worked hard for what he obtained, regardless of whether or not he was stupid for using roids. |

You have absolutely no idea how anabolic steroids work if you think it's easy.

I know as much as it's pretty stupid to be filling your body with steroids and other bullshit, when you know your family has a heart condition history.. also, just for the sake of not knowing, I would get checked first.
Look at Arnold..
You think his heart is in good condition? Nah..
The guy used alot of steroids in his day, and his heart was healthy before. Now? Not so much..
I just it's the wrong signal to send, training with steroids to get big.. and THEN you become self-condident and all that..
Yea helping youngsters get more self-esteem and what not is great, but not when you're using steroids and training excessively as a role model imo..
There are alot of other ways to feel good about yourself, other than looking like a bodybuilder.. It will fade, and it's hard work to keep up all your life, if u dont wanna go back to being just toned, which is what most woman prefer anyway ;D
But yea yea... it's tragic sure... But like i said..
If you play with matches, you'll be burned eventually. |

Dude, take some time to read before you pleasure us with your opinion. He was born with a heart condition:
bodybuilder Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian died from a previously undiagnosed congenital heart condition

In my opinion you are brainwashed by the media and all the people who tell you steroids are horrible. Please do not make assumptions as to how he died. It has been confirmed that he had an undiagnosed heart condition all this time that nobody knew about. His family apparently even has a history of heart problems.
Zyzz went to Thailand with a mate who had many connections for cheap access to steroids and other drugs, planning to do a cycle while he was there. His mate said he looked like a kid in a candy shop. I wouldn't doubt he overconsumed drugs since he had limited time, and this plus the heart condition and the dehydration from the sauna triggered the final blow. I'll bet even the coke he was doing played a much larger role than the roids because there are 300 pound bodybuilders out there who pump way more steroids into their systems than Zyzz did yet they are much older and still kicking. Obviously this isn't even remotely healthy, but my point is if you don't overdose like these guys do and are just as knowledgable, they won't destroy your health alone. |

And I'm saying you are wrong. There are well-documented medical reports and results indicating that indeed steroids and/or drugs are VERY hurtful to your body, even with just the FIRST try-out..
You can get paralyzed permanently in your entire body from trying heroin 1 time, same shit with cocaine i imagine and other hard drugs.
Be that as it may... I was saying that WHILE he knew his family had heart related problems, he should have consulted a doctor beforehand... or at least just read up about the effects up drugs and stereoids..
I don't pity guys who throw away their life with carelessness..
He probaly wouldn't have died, had he not taken drugs, steroids and a combination of other shit.

He would probaly NOT have died, if he didn't lead and live such an excentric and dangerous lifestyle All i was saying.
People with heart conditions go all through life without dying, but they don't involve themselves with dangerous stuff that damages their heart further..
Regardless, steroids and drugs are known to be the cause of heart problems, even for healthy and normal subjections prior to intake.

I am fully against steroids and while I've set very high physical goals for myself I will NEVER use steroids. Despite that, everyone blaming his death on steroids, while pretty much saying if you inject anabolic substances into your body your muscles will grow by themselves piss me off so fucking bad.
Growing muscles is hard fucking work, regardless of the way you go about it. You think because Arnold, the greatest bodybuilder of all time used some steroids while cutting for shows, he's not an inspiration...? Do you have any idea about the amount of time he spent in the gym?
RIP man. |
