Maybe... but what did you expect? The game isn't even out. People are still getting used to the game, and not everyone knows about DotaCinema in the same way everyone knows about WoDota (yet!)

But I mean like, it just feels like something changed about the way they're being made as if someone else is doing them or something. I dunno, maybe I'm just nit picking.

Truth and a half...shit...thats what I remember them being the best for when I was a young single player kiddo. Diablo 2 cinematics always made me shiver at how good they were, and WC3 as well.

yeah same here, I feel that the Blizzard cinematics now are mostly used for commercial use for trailers etc instead of keeping them purely for storytelling ingame, wich makes then more short-term-epic on one side, but not really more meaningful. they just don't pack the same emotional punch as they used to, tough we probably haven't seen all cinematics from D3 yet (hopefully)

If you are in ethereal form you can manuel cast orb to attack someone. If the enemy is in ethereal form nobody can attack him, apart from Pugna with some items in dota1.

I hadn't played *real* competitive DotA since ESWC 2010. I went off to play HoN online tournaments/play casually with friends for the longest time. It was a lot of fun. Definitely comparable to some of the best times I had in DotA 1. Sadly, that game went to shit in terms of balance and competitive scene and I got hooked on DotA 2 a few months after getting my beta key. I started playing a lot of matchmaking in anticipation of finding another team. Ideally I'd want to join a top team already and GoSu seemed like an obvious option to me. I think I joined at the end of February (could be a little off). The games went great. I don't think we lost any scrims and we were bringing stuff like morphling back into the metagame. Eventually, bdiz left because of the amount of shit he got from the team (primarily certain people, but that's just my opinion, not confirmed) / attitude differences. Be nice to your teammates, ok? Recently EG decided to snipe two of our players with a nice promise of salary. Sadly, I don't think either of them will be seeing that anytime soon because of the way the situation surfaced but I hope it works out for them because GoSu is pretty much dead besides being a stronger team both statistically and in my opinion.
Until the situation is resolved, I can't go into detail of what's going on now, but I do want to say that I had never agreed to play with Team SK because that's the equivalent of pulling a Bulba, and I don't have the thoughts for that.
And yes, It's GoSu qualified for Starladder despite having a roster of 4 players for the majority of the matches + bulba/universe splitting off halfway through.
