This weeks WoDota and DotA cinema was, well that was mixed.
I still don't really like the WoDota for DotA2, something feels off about it, this weeks DotA cinema on the other hand seemed really good and had some really good plays in it. |

it was watchable when they cut off the widescreen overlay but they changed it to accomodate it and made the resolution worse, so its tiny now

Are the chinese really onöy streaming in 240p? The vods on youku are easily 1080p and then they can't get a normal stream? |

Yeah, I love the new UI changes except for the hero picking. It feels so wierd and really I think its actually more difficult to pick and I often end up randoming when playing RD cuz I can't decide what to pick >: |

Not only does the new hero picker make RD worse, it makes them less common. Now I'm forced to add SD as a game type D:

the new ui has it's pluses and minuses.
I am OK with the layout of the main screen but seriously why are all of the windows so tiny? as far as the hero picker goes, really hope we can go back to the old one or they come up with some way to change the one they currently have. I really, really dislike the new one.
this whole card thing, I personally don't appreciate it. oh well. |

I find it much harder to make a selection with the card system, even grid mode is more cluttered and less concise.
For some reason I am always taking longer to pick with the new layout then the old one. I think its because its hard to get a complete view of the heroes with the clutter. |

| When I start a new AP game and I'm thinking what new hero to pick, the card view just doesn't let me look at them all and feel inspired. Instead I'm left spamming the 'spin to random card' over and over again. Grid view, as the above guys said, is just too cluttered. |
