Low priority doesn't happen after the first abandon. It generally takes a few in a relatively short amount of time (couple of days). |

Probably because of patch. It may very well not have been your internet cutting, out, they may closed the servers.
Alternatively, it might need multiple abandons before you start getting low priority. A friend of a friend told me that the first couple of times he got an abandons he didn't get low priority, but now abandon = low priority (he has bad net). |

Today we’re announcing that Dota 2 will be free to play, and contain an in-game store where you’ll be able to buy fancy gear to customize your heroes.
Dota 2 will not be a pay-to-win game. All the items in the store are cosmetic, and don’t affect gameplay.
All of the heroes will be available free of charge. We believe restricting player access to heroes could be destructive to game design, so it’s something we plan to avoid.

hey what is the new shop system like? Is there items to buy? what items do you start with? Do you edit what your hero looks like before the game or during the "picking" stage? Is there any items that work across valve games? such as tf2 or portal2 hats. Do keys work across games?

A: Each time you complete a matchmaking game, you will be rewarded with Battle Points. Earn enough of them, and your profile's Battle Level will increase, at which point you'll receive a new item.

Do you only get bp in MM games or can you get them from MM vs. bots or custom games too?
