I can explain this pretty simply.
My round1 i had a bye. No matches. Round2 ihad a pvp which ended with a fast 4g. I had a long delay between my next games and had watched his stream while waiting for my round 3 which was a pvz. I closed the stream, but, left chat open and didn't notice. That's the whole story T-T
Oddly enough, a minute after the game was over, you left the stream, hmm. |

You might be right there, i'm not going into that discussion. Fact is you can't change the rules at will. There were rules for this TLOpen, they should be enforced. If they were bad they can revise them for the next. Everyone participated in this tournament knowing the rules, you can not alter them, maybe Dragon wouldn't have streamed under those other rules so it would be unfair towards him etcetc.
Pretty sure everyone streaming knows that anyone can look at their stuff, and he knew people who were playing against him could easily watch it. I'm not saying he didn't know, because I am sure he isn't ignorant, but you are making him sound very ignorant. |

| I think TL needs to be more concise about what form of evidence sufficiently justifies a violation of their rules. Otherwise the no stream open rule can never be enforced unless you get a written confession from the accused which is never going to happen. Everyone will said they closed the stream but forgot to close the chat. |
