Hi all, I'm NeweNiyalord from the Eu servers.

And are having.. Well I would say a issue. But its not my issue, its my viewers. And have searched Tl without any results.
So I'm streaming at 1920x1080. at 4000-6000 bitrate. And it feels great when i'm playing. the problem is as follows.

The live video is stuttering for a few people. Because they can't reduce the resolution. Not sure why. they just can't.
And I would really like them to be able to reduce the quality so they'll actually stay in my stream.

I mean. Who would want to watch a video that keeps stuttering.
many people can watch the stream just fine. but about 60% of the viewers can't.

- Is it because of their internet connection?
- Is it something within my settings i can change to fix this.
- Why can't they lower the resolutions?

Also have the twitch.tv pro account.
Any help is kindly appreaciated.

You need to be a jtv partener to get the resolution changer thing. to be a partener you have to be a progamer basically. i'd say just drop your bitrate a bit. 4-6k is alot....

thats false, lots of people who casually get like 20-100 viewers are partners.

OP you just have to send a request for a partner channel. Just make sure not to use copyrighted content otherwise they don't accept.
