this guy is one of the few players out there with a great combination of attitude and natural skill. i cant wait to see what korea does for his skill level.
i hope that he is able to sign with a good team too. |

Good luck to Tod at any rate.
I don't know, I guess they all think that going there will somehow make them improve even more. You can do what you what's done in Korea at home, you just need the dedication and motivation.
That's my understanding at least. I'm probably missing something. |

| He also announced 5 minutes ago that he'll make an attempt at both WCG & Code A while he's there. Should be interesting, but I feel his PvZ will needs some work to be successful (hopefully Korea will change that) |

Tod has lived in Korea for quite a while previous to this.
Good luck to ToD! Would be amazing if we see him guest casting GSL. |

Well it's easier to play 10 hours a day if everyone you live with does the same, because then you'll be the weird one if you don't practise enough. Also the quality of practise is better in Korea because the skill level is higher. So yeah you could probably become at least almost as good at home with dedication and motivation, but you'd have to work even harder for it than you would have to in Korea.

| I can't wait to see all these players who go to Korea in a month. And then again when they get back home and dominate their perspective scenes. |

According to the Sase in his most recent interview, no amount of training in Europe can compare with in Korea prohouse or not because of the quality of players ( practice partners/ladders)
So yeah probably players agree with him and realize that unless you go to Korea, you'll just fall behind. Even EG's alex garfield said the same thing ( " Idra needs to go to Korea") eventhough EG has the team house now.
And ToD was a dedicated wc3 pro who has been to Korea and China so he'll have no problem settling in and won't get culture shock/ homesick/ privacy matters that often hinder other pros.Last edit: 2011-09-09 04:50:22 |

I heard he won't go. Millenium can't afford to send him. ( for the months said i mean, not for the WCG )Last edit: 2011-09-09 04:51:56 |
