I imagine 12 PM on wherever the server is you're on. On europe probably GMT+1 (or +2, paris time, damn you DST I don't know which timezone we're on) and on US I think PST.

You can download it now and install the day before; the servers go live at that time though so 3AM eastern. |

I played in the beta, and the game was laggy on my computer on the lowest settings. Like whenever I entered a new area it would freeze for 3 seconds and then sometimes it would randomly freeze for a second lol. Will they come out with lower quality settings or should I skip buying it?
