It's the other way round. Attack speed increased works, increases attack speed doesn't. Watch out for Inna's pants and Boj Anglers. Beckon Sail, Andariel's and Tal's Guardianship works fine. |

There's a legendary bracer that gives movement speed that I know of. Not sure about anything else. |

I've seen some set or legendary pants have them.

Hammer jammers - Legs
Lacuni Prowlers - Bracer
Boj Angelers - Boots
Wanderslust - Ring
Slave Bonds - Gloves
25% is cap on movementspeed. |

This may be a terribly dumb question as I am a level 28 DH noob, but I have a few questions about rare items:
1. Is there any reason not to identify a rare item? If I wait to identify it, will its stats be better because of my level?
2. The rare items I found tend to be crappy and/or not for DH's, so I salvage them. Should I be selling them on the auction house or even to a merchant?
