He's very very good, watched him absolutely molest Jinro over the course of 20+ games (it was like 18-4 to Sage) a week or so ago. It's just that Yoda isn't exactly shy about slamming some kind of crazy cheese at you, yet he's also pretty damn solid in a macro game too. |

Yeh. As said quite a few times, there may be imbalances but these are not the games you're looking for.
Despite the observers he still seemed to get caught badly out of position, just 1a'd vs the obvious multipronged attack and didn't bring the obses to counter burrow. I don't know at which point the burrow movement finished, but a sentry on the front door probably could've saved a lot with a couple of forcefields already. |

If sage wants to beat a terran he is going to have to take some huge risks because 1-1-1 is possible.
Artosis loved him because of how safe he played PvT 2 gate robo but thats not going to work against 1-1-1. I think he is way overhyped but if anyone today can beat a terran its him.Last edit: 2011-09-21 15:36:02 |

You can't make a statement about balance from two Bo3's, in which the opponent was playing like absolute shit. HerO's got some of the best PvZ in Korea, and ViOlet's top 20 if you're being generous. |

| I think protoss players really somehow needs to come up with some new tricky 1 base shenanigan plays =/ Either that or revert back to the good ol' 2 base gateway all-in's - the last game shows exactly the weakness of protoss going for fast thirds, it just leaves you incredibly vulnerable to sudden switch of aggression by zergs with multiprong attacks. |

I feel like the same sort of thing can be said about hydras, and those are even more universally disliked by zergs than roaches. Sure, they do poorly against collosus with adequate gateway meat shields. And yes, storms kill them just as they did in BW, but hydras tear through everything else so quickly I still feel they are a significant threat. You can always find scenarios in which a certain unit wont do well, but people seem to just condemn these units if they can't max with them. |
