Hey Torte, I would like to take advantage of that now that I'm feeling a little better about the thread. It was a little peace meal at first and some comments helped make it better. So I think it's in a fairly good condition as of now.
Also regarding the YT problem, I answered it in my blog though it does still work if you just put an additional space between the url and the center tag, no idea why that makes it work though. |

Hello I want to post my feedback,
the search is described as easy. it is.
However the forum software could use an update - it is not supporting simple tasks, like searching in the thread you are. There is only one big search button.

Well since this got bumped I feel like leaving an opinion.
Torte you're a helpful contributor, a quality poster (well, most of the time) and I admire the fact that you try to make TL and the SC community in general a better place through your various articles and posts. There's no doubt that you've put quite a bit of time and effort into this, as well as many other OPs, though I have a feeling you're not lacking the free time necessary. Hehe. All that said though, it is my honest opinion that there's... what, 3 maybe 5 people at best that did not know how to properly use TL *and* have the patience and desire to at least skim through your OP. And it's not because of its gargantuan length, I feel it's a problem of attitude. Simply put, those who know it already apply this, and those who don't know will never learn. Outliers are few and far between. Feel free to keep putting up this kind of content though, if you feel it's worth your time. <3 |

I still use the thread it's vastly useful.
I actually have a question. Now that ABL is on strict rules for using I don't know the proper thread to ask a question like this: "Is it against policy to replicate players names as your TL name? Currently there is a fairly new TL member with the name Innovation" |

It's pretty circumstantial.
You can ask this in Website Feedback. But generally if it's just a direct taken of names. (so you can't have "EGIdra" or any variable, but things like "Fake Boxer Moxer" is acceptable because we (we being the audience) can distinguish you as not the actual player/person.Last edit: 2013-03-29 05:19:31 |
