In my opinion groups are poorly drawn. When you got beastyqt seeded 3d and white-ra 1st... strange. Also TLO and Haypro seed 2 > Beastyqt, Bischu, Cloud, Osho ?? I think there's some confusion with the Bishu too, in every event he attend he performs pretty well but nobody give a fuck, he's like a player no-one care about. This week end he almost beat Stephano (verry close games) and he often beat him on the ladder.Last edit: 2011-11-22 00:59:30 |

Nerchio is not scared, Haypro was on fire yesterday, he made the performance of his life, but Nechio is Waaaaaaaaaay better, but it's ZvZ and you never know when it comes to ZvZ or ZvP |

I'm a bit dissapointed there aren't more Koreans in it. I'm afraid it might feel a bit meh after MLG. That said there are potential for a lot of exciting matchups and Day9 can hype the shit out of anything so it should be fine. Last edit: 2011-11-22 00:53:38 |

| Looking forward to this event! Though I kinda wished dreamhack would take more people from qualifiers and less by invites (they don't even need to hold more qualifiers, just make the top 4 or top 8 of each qualifier elligible for the tournament would be alright). There are plenty of dedicated players who want to proof their worth in the scene of competitive gaming, who really get screwed over because most of the bigger tournaments are mainly invites. |

Ahh man, i hate all these team kills in group stages T.T
Like not just the big teams (Liquid TLO and Hero in same group) but the likes of the lower teams in same group is a bit annoying xD
But still what a stacked tournament!!!
Some players to look forward to seeing aswell;
IM.Fenix - not heard from him in a month or so since his GSTL victories aTn.Cloud - Guy is looking sick on streams all the time cant wait to see how he does Mouz.Mana - See if mana can keep up his good streak but has the monster goody in his group ESC.Goody - Coming off a good run in Battle of Berlin be good to see him go deep Acer.Nerchio - Winning battle of Berlin, his first big big lan tourney win which was all live, be interesting to see him Fnatic.Tod - Practicing in Korea be interesting to see how much he has improved in his first tournament since Liquid`Haypro - After his amazing run in MLG what will this guy do on home soil? QxGSase - Practicing in Korea, declined MLG invite to practice more, on home soil aswell....high hopes for him MVP.Genius - Wonder what he can bring with his style.
Then the big boys; CoL.Naniwa - After his hugely impressive run in MLG he has to be near favorite to take this tournament CoL.DRG - Another deep run in a major Lan (outside of Korea) he will be looking to get far Mouz`Thorzain - Home field advantage the spoon will be looking to dish out in this tournament EG.Idra - The first of the EG threat has been doing well lately, be looking strong in this tournament and looking for a top 8 EG.HuK - Most recent trip to Europe was a dissapointment im sure he will be looking for a big win here EG.Puma - Fallen of the rails a little as of late, improving immensly in his TvT in MLG though taking out bomber Liquid`Ret - Macro man will be looking for a top 8 surely, he has the ability and will want a pay out
Cant wait to see Mr Tarson aswell :D

| Somewhat disappointing list in the end. A 32 or 48 tournament wouldve been more reasonable if the interest isnt higher among top players to attend. I wasnt expecting many koreans, but there seem to be quite a few high level EU players skipping on it too. Im sure it will be a good final day, but there will be very few appealing matchups until then. |

To me its a like a world cup draw, as in there is 2 big boys in each group, the 2 you will expect to qualify and 2 not so known players or not expected to do as well which is good :D
I for one cant wait, i hope all the people flying from MLG wont be to tired xD |

"● The semi finals and the grand final will be played in the DreamArena AMD SAPPHIRE. The four players will need to use a heart beat sensor during the matches. ● The Heart beat sensor will be attached with a stretchable belt around the chest. This will be tried out in advance and attached before the final show begins." http://master.dreamhack.se/dhw11/files/2011/11/DHW11-StarCraftIIRulebook.pdf
