Please stop the tournament comparison discussion. Especially regarding players their runs (Stephano seems to be the current topic). Stay on topic and stick to the games. Consequences will be met out to further derailment.
In addition leave the usual out of this topic:
-Balance complaints
-Map complaints
-Stream complaints
-Caster/player bashing
-Off topic discussions
Logically continue this list with things that are obviously frowned
upon. Enjoy the free and wonderful event with loads of games and coverage!

What a stacked tournament, hilarious how good this DH is. Impossible to predict. Except for Group A.
Orly will make Belgium proud. |

A group of girls that sings teeny pink bubblegum pop and are loved by a big part of this community although they normally hates that kind of stuff (vocally). Can't explain that. Fuck yes I can it's Korean. and <3
Asian female popstars are cute and sexy, all at once.. and amazingly, not appear slutty. Thats why they can pull off those otherwise-crazy, annoying and lame songs. Anyone else trying to pull that off just looks/sounds wrong.
cute and sexy? wearing those 1 5 inch shorts? People may like them cause they want something different. I would watch Victoria secret's show over those girls any day of the week. Their songs are lame as well. Koreans are good at BW and SC2, haha.
Victoria secret.. meh, feels too slutty (expensive escort-ish). Because they lack cute. |

Well look at it on the bright side, at least they're guaranteed to get one player of the groups. I'm really liking the racial distributions this round, its pretty even. 12-10-10. Hopefully it can stay that way through the rounds so we can mitigate the QQ
At least one player out of Huk/Idra/Puma... I don't think that's much of a bright side. Would take some ridiculous groups for none of them to advance and iuno if that's even possible at an almost-all foreigner LAN. |

definitely, he'll repeat his beta success and win vs both idra and huk.

Every group, maybe except C and D, has 3 AMAZING players that all could make a run to the finals. That's how stacked this tournament is. EG got hit a bit dumb, but they could also be split in the other groups and there isn't a guarantee that all of them would advance.Last edit: 2011-11-25 16:55:09 |

I might just make my predictions. I have to be right some time.
Huk, Puma Stephano, Naniwa Genius, Sarens Ret, Thorzain Sase, Select Drg, Sen Whitera, Tod Mana, Kas |

People should start thinking and stop repeating "team kill"
Pros of Group A:
- Insane matches between the EG team, that we rarely see in tournaments , Puma vs HuK, Puma vs idrA, HuK vs idrA. - two players are guaranteed to advance
Cons of Groupa A:
- One player is guranteed to drop out
If each player was in a different group than we would have a possible 3 players advance and a possible 0 players advance. So, what do you prefer, a guaranteed 2 players or a possible 3?

EG isn't guaranteed to get 2 players out of that group. Orly is still there. It's highly likely that 2 EG players will make it out of group A, but the matches haven't been played yet.

I don't think Orly will survive the group but it's not "guranteed" that two EG's will advance.

But that is more likely than all 3 to get to playoffs individually. Replace Huk with HerO for example, would you give him a guaranteed top 2?
edit: ok, replace guaranteed with very high chancesLast edit: 2011-11-25 17:10:59 |
