I think the best PG also depends on what YOU like, i am all for a pass first PG because it's what i like to see, thats why i personally think Nash and Rondo are the best PG's but if i was to like a scoring PG who can pass too pretty well but no where near as good as Rondo and Nash i would probably say Paul and Parker are the best PG's.
So true PG I believe Rondo and best player at the position of PG is Parker.

| out of all the point guards the one who plays better defense against the other point guards will be the best. Westbrook has the size he would have the decisive advantage as he gets better. For now I would have to give it to cp3. |

First of all, you need to calm down. If you're going to toss out opinions, you shouldn't be surprised if people offer counter-opinions or express criticism or skepticism sometimes. This is particularly true if you're making a claim that is entirely subjective and don't provide any factual support or explanation beyond "I think so..." No one was flaming you, so there was no reason for you to overreact.
Second, do you have any actual support for your claim that Rondo and Nash are significantly better passers than Paul? It's fine if your claim is based entirely on your opinion, but understand that it's going to be met with a lot of criticism seeing as how Paul has been recognized as the best PG in the league for the past few seasons, with one of the biggest factors being his passing and playmaking ability. I don't have the time to go digging through the relevant stats, but then again I'm not the one making what most would consider to be a very questionable claim. If you want to be convincing, then please give people a reason to be convinced.
Lastly, while I certainly don't expect you to describe Paul's passing ability in the caps-laden, absurd manner you suggested in your second post, "pretty well" falls far short of the reality. Sessions and Conley pass "pretty well." Paul's passing ability and court vision is as good as we've ever seen in the league. He's never been described by anyone knowledgeable about the NBA as a "scoring PG" and there's a reason. |
