NASL's Live on Three just announced that for Season Three, NASL will consist of SC2, HoN and Tribes Ascend.
I've never heard of the game so I really have no idea what to expect. I was just wondering what other TL'ers thought about this and whether this is a good idea for the league. Also, for those of you that support the addition, can you explain the game to the rest of us, and "sell" it to us? Youtube videos and such would be greatly appreciated.

so awesome. i've been playing the closed beta and the game absolutely deserves to be played competitively like this. I'm honestly so excited...haha. i played a ton of the original tribes and tribes 2 years ago

I will definitively check it out, although I have never played it before. I will watch any competative shooter now a days that isn't the old CS's or Call of Duty.

What really amazes me is that they are expanding their game coverage when they clearly still have ways to go on improving the quality. They should spend more focus on that.

I have been playing the beta for about a month now and although I'm still not a big fan of the loadout system I'm having a lot of fun.
But about NASL, I think Tribes is great for competitive play since it has a really high skill cap and lots of tactics, something current team-FPS seem lacking
