Here is my final update on my weight loss journey for 2011:
I first posted in this thread (2011 version) on January 21st at 6'4" 280 lbs body weight, being down from 310lbs in December of 2010. I made several updates throughout the year, and with the help of this amazing, life changing community, I lost 108 lbs over the course of the year. My final goal was to reach 200 lbs body weight by January 1st 2012, but a week ago I reached 202 lbs and decided it was the perfect time to stop losing weight and change goals.
I was going to post about how I got to this point, but instead I'm gonna keep it short and just say thank you to TL H&F community for helping me get to this point. The only reason I was able to lose the weight was because of what I learned here. And a special thanks to Eshlow for making the thread and filling it with all of the helpful info. I couldn't have done it without you!

Age: 22 || Height: 5'10 || Weight: 220 Starting Date: 01/01/12 || Goal Date: 12/31/12 Weight goals -- Cut weight and lean out to at least 200. No less.
Training goals -- No specific numbers, but I want to use primarily body weight exercise to achieve my goals. After doing a ton of weight training for football, I want to use body weight to be more athletically fit and focus on using body weight strength/power gains to use in martial arts/rugby.
Nutrition goals -- Drink less coffee, drink more water. Substitute fat foods for higher protein food. Count calories and keep track of what I eat, but still enjoy life.
Sleep goals -- At least 8 hours a night. 1AM-9AM would be good, or anything of that sort.
Misc: Will update as I grow.
Also to note: you guys should check out myfitnesspal.com if you want to check calorie counting. Thing helps - my girfriend uses it. Alternatively, Menshealth.com has another really good one as well.
