The fact is you are only picking on him on the basis that "Premature statements " it's like you have a personal vendetta against him . It's possible that Alive was approach back door and as a coach you are of course will do what ever you can to see to save your players and remedy the situation at hand .Even if it means accusing other teams of doing so , Why would Coach lee even mention about the translator and this back door dealing if it hadn't know about it . You think he would make up all of this dealing by him self and be called a paranoid ? . I don't see a reason why the coach assumptions should be criticised for .Alone and Tsl had a contract , contracts are enforceable by the court of the law , you breach the contract , the players are going to have suffer consequences for it .
I have no personal vendeta as long as he comes down with valid facts...i see no facts in what he said + noone can contract alive as long as his current contract is up..that is a fact. The only possibility would be they talked with him to offer a fnatic spot after his contract ends..and that is 100% legal...why so much QQ? It's the players decision what he makes with his life after the contract expires. If he joins fnatic after the contract ends..the TSL list of deserters grows...and that's not because they are doing so well there  . As u said "contracts are enforceable by the court of the law". U actually think Fnatic is dumb enough to try to contract a player who already is under a contract? or would they try to contract him after his current contract expires? U are to protective of Lee...and see fnatic as a dumb team that risks it's reputation&money to "prematurely sign a player"...witch i think is not the case

I gave you my answer to it . Fnatic of course didn't contract anyone from tsl that isn't the point , second fnatic according to their statement are actually negotiating with TsL on the possibility of getting Alive in to fnatic as seen here in this quote .
In conclusion we highly respect both Mr Lee and aLives talents, and from Fnatic's side we will strive to work for an amicable deal with Coach Lee.
If this isn't coming out of the woods and saying okay we admit in a sort of a way we did approach Alive and now we want to work this out through proper channels . |

Jesus, ok now this is getting stupid t.t people need to learn how transfering works in E-Sports just like in every other sport. These kind of actions whether or not sanctioned by Fnatic or not are highly illegal in other sports, and in some cases in football teams have been BANNED from transfering any players for 6-12months! Yet nothing happens in these kind of cases? Why not!!
I know Fnatic sound like they have not done anything wrong, but when your own translator is basically freely chatting to aLive about possibility of signing with Fnatic before they have spoke with coach lee is kind of silly. Its not like they were not talking with TSL Coach anyway? They were in housing discussions with him >.<
This is just so unprofessional on every level! And it is happening more and more!! aLive//Puma the 2 that jump out at me now, something needs to be put in place and teams need to learn how to DO BUISNESS when players are under contract. Because there is no overarching body controlling/regulating/governing entity (whatever word you wish to use) for SC2. It's a free-for-all, anyone can do whatever they want - play some games, makes some monies, create some dramas. |

All these transfers are kind of meaningless anyway until a proper (majority of teams involved not small invitationals) team league starts. I don't care what team players are on when watching individual competitions because I don't attribute any of the players' individual success to their team in the foreigner scene.
Drama they create on TL is sort of interesting I suppose though. |

TSL participates in the GSTL, which is probably the biggest team league around (maybe not in prize money, but definitely in terms of exposure). aLive has historically been one of TSL's best team league performer. |
