The problem is not that the game is too hard. The problem is that it's too hard to learn, so no matter how much easier I make it, people will find ways to play it wrong. If I made it easier, the game would potentially become longer instead of shorter, because then it would take longer to lose.
The way to fix the game is to make it easier to learn, and make the players lose faster if they play it wrong. But that's not an easy task to do, and it will take some time before I can figure it out. I'm currently busy powergaming Diablo III but once this initial rush is over, I'll continue working on CraftCraft every once in a while. |
