Crazypyro has been banned 3 times so far already that im aware of, I assume several others also. Definitely NOT first 1 day temp ban. When someone irritates bms and flames at least one player in EVERY game they play, you know what sort of person they are and they dont deserve to play here.

| Crazy is a good player but a gigantic douchebag. I have done my fair share of flameing, but pretty much stopped. I am currently servering a ban for a RQ, but the teams were so stacked it was not worth playing. I would of rather played full FIN squad. |

I think the ruleset should describe what degree of authority the captain has over who plays what. I've seen people do either:
1: Purposefully pick X when their captain told them explicitly to play Y.
2: Refuse to play / ask for remake, because of the hero they were set to play.
Now, I'll give in to the complaining player in both of these cases, simply because I can't be bothered with all the drama, and because I'll take the loss if i have to - but it not a pleasant spot to be in. I think the simplest way of solving it would be giving captains supreme authority over who plays what. While this may sound slightly draconian, it wont be needed in most cases, since players are often able to sort things out calmly.
The question then becomes if this is necessary to implement, or if we're gonna have to tolerate this kind of behavior. |

depends on the players, a few are not, most are pretty friendly.

depends on the players again, some are good, a lot arent, this can make really stompy games. also NEW players are hard to judge, they can be really bad or really good.
the best way to put it is that it's different from MM. if you have high MMR (page 1-3 games) it's probably about the same or worse. |
