He just recently started playing starcraft and just barely know that TeamLiquid is a site for starcraft, having no account at all he definently doesn't fulfill the 100 post requirement.
It is unreasonable for him to have to make a new account and get 100 posts just to allow him on the list for a beta key instead of me asking in his place. |

| I'd love to get the chance to try out DotA as it's the only game I'm interested in since SC2 got too boring. Even though the chance of getting a key from here is extremely small I'll still try since there seems to be hardly any other way. |

The point is that contributing/active members of TL get the keys. It is a privilege for those who have already helped out and been active, it is not an initiative to get people to post.
Don't encourage him to spam up to 100 posts. Tell him to go to some other website that offers dota 2 keys. |
