Cool initiative but it feels like you structured it more to get to know Teamliquid as an entire organization rather than getting to know motbob. I'm glad you want to know more about how we work behind the scenes and I'm sure many of you are interested in that but I feel like what takes these kinds of features to another level are when you ask about other things people are passionate about outside of TL and StarCraft.
I feel like you got close to this with a few questions but missed some obvious follow-ups. What school does motbob attend and what does he study? He said he plays EVE and enjoys other games, can ask about that. What are some of the favorite experiences he has enjoyed while following SC2 or other competitive games? These are the money questions that get good answers and listeners really want to hear. Getting to know how TL works is cool but you aren't really making that inter-personal connection that all forms of media strive for.
Also, face to put with the names! motbob is a devilishly handsome dude and it would help your audience if they could see that too

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback and I agree. The interview with motbob was the first of this kind for me and I had to test the waters of how personal I wanted to have this. The idea is to show people what is going on behind Teamliquid and how things are run but also of course who the people are behind it. The interview I conducted with R1CH actually focuses a bit more on his studies and stuff like that and also has a his face in it! (Same with the one with Plexa) :D So I hope you will like it. I'll talk to motbob and ask if he can send me a picture and I'll add it to the OP - if he is that handsome we shall not deprive the TL community of a picture
Lastly, would you be interested in doing an interview let's say... tomorrow? :D

Please improvise more on the interviews.
It feels like you prepare questions and read them to the interviewee but instead of reacting to the answer, digging deeper, asking further or commenting on them you move on to the next question. It feels stiff at times.
You got better since your old interviews (Jim Raynor etc.) but the issue is still there. There are so many interesting personas in the esports world - interact with them and have the courage to diverge from your interview script. The interview will turn out so much better.

thank you very much for your constructive criticism.
I am learning by doing and I have to admit that I do find it difficult sometimes to get away from the questions I have prepared.
I am taking this input to heart and will actively try to improve on that.
The interview with p4NDemik today should hopefully address some of these issues. You have the opportunity to ask questions live in the twitch.tv chat as well, so please use that as much as possible as it will also mix up the interview and bring in perspectives I might not have thought of.
