The Genius, Nada (Complexity) has successfully proceed on to the Code A round of 3.
On the 22nd the HotSix GSL Season 1 Code A Round 2 was held at the GomTV Studio where he beat Creator (Prime) 2:1 to proceed on.
You have made it to Code A Round 3.I practiced a lot and I feel good. I have practiced for the three games in details, therefore I had no problem in playing.
Your timing rush in the first game was very inspiring.I always try to find my own unique timing. I always believed that timing is the most important since Starcraft 1. After practicing a lot, I was able to find the right timing, I think I was able to illustrate a great game.
You were advantageous overall in the 2nd set, but behind in upgrades.I thought I caught up to my opponent in upgrades, but I guess not.. I’ll have to check the VODs. Also Protoss is very “fearful” once the build up to their deathball. I thought I had a great combination of units too, but it didn’t go as well as I hoped. Also the fight was closer to my base and I had some disadvantages. I think I would have done better if the fight was in the middle around the tower.
During the last set, your timing was a bit similar to the 1st set?I chose a play that a lot of Terran players do not use. I think my opponent was taken back because he was unfamiliar with it. Dual Sight is a perfect map for such timing Through my build, I was ahead and was able to break through to favor the game toward him.
This is your first game as a member of Complexity.I really wanted to bring victory with the new uniform. I really wanted to bring victory to my team and my fans and I’m really happy I was able to achieve that. I still have a lot to do to move forward, therefore I will continue to work hard.
Killer and Heart is also part of Complexity now. Killer also won today. It feels great. I’m glad I am able to be in the team with 2 other Korean players. I found out that I also practiced with Heart in Starcraft 1. I’m glad to have someone I know as a teammate. Also I have met Killer a lot at the stadium. He’s younger than me, but trustworthy, truthful and a great guy. We traded numbers today and hopefully we can practice together often and eat together.
Your opponent in 3rd round is Maru (Prime)I heard that he recently all-killed Startale in an online tournament. He’s a young guy, but I will never underestimate him and will practice hard to prepare for it.
Any additional words?MVP players helped me a lot with the practice. Keen, Tails, and Finale helped me a lot. Vampire actually helped me tons as if he was the one playing (basically 24/7 except when eating). I have never had someone that helped me this much in my gaming career. Also I wanted to thank Coach Choi for taking care of my practice schedule and helping me practice.
I just wanted to give the credit for today’s victory to Vampire. Also Finale gave me a lot of recommendations and that helped me a lot.
