Competitor Passes for all Spring Championship games go on sale for Gold Members on Monday, April 30 at 7pm ET. They will become available for everyone to purchase on Tuesday, May 1 at 7pm ET.
Price: StarCraft II: $70 ($60 for Gold Members)
A few things to note:
- Players may participate in both the MLG Spring Championship StarCraft II Event and the Blizzard World Championship Series USA Nationals StarCraft II Event. However, please keep in mind that the StarCraft II competitor pass is for the MLG Spring Championship only. To find out more about how players are selected for the StarCraft II World Championship Series USA Nationals, please go to battle.net.
Please keep in mind that StarCraft II competitor passes tend to sell out very quickly, and there are only a limited number of League of Legends passes available. So mark your calendars, and be ready to buy as soon as passes go on sale! |

Competitor passes for the StarCraft II Event at the Spring Championship have sold out incredibly quickly. A small amount of passes may become available at a later date; we will let you know if and when this occurs.
In the meantime, please be aware that we have reserved Competitor Passes for the MLG Spring Championship Event for all players who qualify for the Blizzard World Championship Series: US Nationals, which will be taking place in Anaheim right alongside the MLG Spring Championship. Therefore, earning a spot in the Blizzard US Nationals will also allow you to purchase one of the reserved Competitor Passes for the MLG Event. There are several ways to qualify for the US Nationals; please see battle.net for details. |

Are you asking about seeding? I cannot see why they would play all the games in the EU Qualifiers unless this had a correlation for seeding at the MLG Spring Arena 2. |

Yes, the placing the players received in the Invite Only Qualifier affects their seed at Arena 2.
Spring Arena #2 Players who qualified via a Spring Invite-Only Online Qualifier or Dreamhack Stockholm, and some Replacement Players, will be seeded based on the following criteria in this order: Invite-Only Online Qualifier Standings, Winter Championship Standings, and 2011 Pro Circuit Rank Points (See Replacement Players #4). Winter Championship and Spring Invite-Only Online Qualifier Consolation Match results may be used to break ties. Ties may also be broken by the next available criterion or randomly. If the Dreamhack Stockholm winner was qualified for a Spring Invite-Only Online Qualifier, they will be seeded alongside Players who win their Spring Invite-Only Online Qualifier. If the Dreamhack Stockholm winner wasn’t qualified for a Spring Invite-Only Online Qualifier, they will be seeded last.
All Winners Round 1 Matchups will be set by the Players seeded #1-15. Starting with the #1 Seed, Players must choose their Winners Round 1 opponent from the Players seeded #17-32. In Winners Round 1, the #16 Seed will play the Player not chosen. |
