Vayesh was no different. He was also afraid. Afraid he might die at any time. As such he felt it was best that he told everyone what was needed now. He is a station researcher . With that he sat back to figure out the best candidate to be promoted to captain.

Slowly taking the data pad from the floor Vayesh returned to his chair, and gazed down at the contents displayed. Incognito, Captains log, star date unknown It is worse than I feared. It has only been a few weeks since the ship has been enveloped by this horrible vegetation if that is what you would call it. The crew has long since given up hope of ever getting home. How could they expect to with people being enveloped in that red overgrowth. I fear what is worse is that someone of my crew may be responsible for selection of who has been leaving our side. Too many grudges have been settled violently for it to all be coincidence. I have also noticed people running around when everyone else is sleeping. It just doesn’t seem natural. I hope that my fears are unfounded however the longer we go without hope the more likely it is that we will give in to our fears and all will be lost. I plan to begin interviews with the crew soon to find out what I can and hopefully shed some light on this mystery. I don’t want any repeats of what happened in the crew quarters a few nights ago.

It has only been a few hours since my last log but I realize that I am now being followed. I realized I had picked up a tail after I had checked what used to be our hydroponics bay. A figure had seemingly pulled itself out of the red growth and began to follow me. The more time that went by, the more the figure began to resemble more of a human like form. Without decent light I have not been able to discern who this person is, all I know is that nothing good is planned. I have decided that I will wait till my new shadow decides to leave me in peace. Once it has gone I will begin to get a real inventory count made as to know what provisions we still have, but now that I am sure we are being attacked, what weapons we also still have in stock. I now will put down my log and pick up my gun, and hope it brings me safety in the coming days. Vayesh sat back after reading the newest log that had been delivered to him. It was perplexing as to why he was being given these documents. What was more puzzling was that someone knew of the captains suspicions and rather than trying to get a rapport going, opted to instead just drop random pieces of information. Knowing that there was some strange entity that could make themselves look like the crew was vital information however. Information that could be used to garner who was real and who was fake. Vayesh began to pay attention to the com's again when he heard people beginning to push for someone to be pushed out an airlock. All at once however. It was a very odd happening as no one had really mentioned the potential victim of "justice" til this point. What was more suspicious was that two of the people responsible have some of the most suspicious attitudes. After careful consideration, Vayesh is glad he wants Ace to be captain. Perhaps then one of the men staying in the shadows will receive the attention they deserve.

Vayesh pondered this and sighed once more. It was time people opened their eyes he thought. It was time people realized the alien node, or the alien marvellosity As such Vayesh input his vote ##vote node

Space, the final frontier These are the voyages of the Badass Ace His continuing mission: To explore strange new worlds To seek out new life; new civilizations To boldy go somewhere the retards are not. I talked, I screamed. I yelled at men to not listen to the lies of other men. I have become the accessory to stupidity. But the most damning thing of all…..I realized I just don’t care. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Incognito was right about one thing – A guilty conscience was a price that could destroy the safety of the space station. Vayesh put down his log and scoffed at the man known as marvel. If only people realized how easy it was to deceive one another in private conversations. How easy it was to result in pointless finger pointing when someone is revealed to be a liar and a monster. How much chaos will ensue. How putting blind trust in two people who are absent has led to a lack of order that should already have been created. The facts are clearly outlined infront of us all, where all of us can hear them, and you all refuse to listen. Again Vayesh sighed. What hope was there if the people needing it were so blind.
