mTw and Na'vi are above all rest atm imo (well, it's pretty obvious)
I'd still rank mouZ top tier, because they win vs everyone else but those 2 teams. The problem is that they still lose too easily against those teams. If Nav'vi and mTw have a good start they'll "snowball" and roflstomp. And losing to snowball means you're still not solid enough. No one snowball against mTw or Na'vi (cf mTw vs Navi game 1@DH, Navi would have won in 20-30mn against any other West team).
So mouZ is top tier but still not ready to fight the East powerhouses, while I think naviTw are. I think the gosugamers ranking is pretty accurate actually. Navi and mTw are 1400+ teams, mouZ 1300+ team, everyone else is 1200-1300).

PS : I use the snowball stuff just as an example as one thing that separate toptop from just top.

Yet people cry when I use the term 2nd tier. Hello people, 2nd tier still means you're a good team, just not a contender for TI2.

funny how mtw was that team that would instantly lose if the game went for longer than 30 mins to a team that is a serious contenter to TI2.

Reminds me of when the NA and EU scene got dominated by the Chinese back in 2010 and all they could say were that they weren't inferior to the Chinese, just practiced less.
