| Guys, Joshuawesome was as contactable as anyone - among other things, he made several posts at http://ctlteam7.wordpress.com/, including providing his Skype details. |

We were definitely informed of the contrary, but regardless we're trying to solve this issue. We'll come back at you in a bit. |

Your personal team site is not our playing ground so can't expect us to monitor that. However, we're debating on a solution at this time that works for all parties. |

Of course not, and you can only act on what our team has told you. I was just providing a bit of support about Joshuawesome's activity.
Perhaps to protect yourselves from such dilemmas in future, you might have some simple, defined policy in your rules - eg a player can be dropped if (a) their team captain says so and (b) they don't respond to a PM within a week. Or whatever you choose. |

That has been roughly our approach to players' inactivity, but the thing is the information isn't perfect every time, so small incidents like this happen some times. But don't worry, we're taking the measures necessary for everything to be resolved after some exchanged e-mails. |

It doesn't say in the OP, but apparently we have to play the matches in order???
It's going to be hard enough to manage getting people online together already...just wondering what you see as the benefit of this restriction? |

This was all explained to the captain, and I thought the matches being numbered would hopefully be self explanatory. It was made clear to the captains already though, and they in turn were supposed to trickle down the information like most of the others have.Last edit: 2012-04-14 09:28:06 |

| Sorry about being a pest but if Evo members could PM me a schedule of when they go be online that would be great. I already know Loki's. Also if you can PM your skype name it will make schedule practices. Thanks Last edit: 2012-04-14 10:56:07 |

This is a season thread, for future seasons they'll probably just use the main thread explaining the league, with individual threads for the seasons. I think it works out rather nicely |

First thread was to see if people were interested in this. Second there is the general thread where teams got together. This thread is for the first season. |

| By the way guys, we advise the teams' captains to choose their players for this week's matchup and then have the opposing teams' captains inform each other of their choices, so they know who's playing who immediately and making all this process more straightforward. |

With the winners move first format though it's slightly more difficult than just picking the players straight out. Otherwise we'd just have had them submit a lineup.Last edit: 2012-04-15 09:08:34 |
