If there's a big reason why players would want to race-pick before each match, that's fine, we can change that. But for now, we should only allow for players to change races for good. Of course, that doesn't mean that you only have one "race-change" available for the season or something like that, it means that if you want to change race you can. Just tell us.

The main difficulty in race-changing is practice; something most of us have been doing much more since the start of the league. Frankly, it is not fair to know that your opponent is Zerg, and if he thinks you're Toss and practices against that all week but you've just switched to Terran all that preparation is for naught. It's frustrating and sort of a mind game even if those side effects are wholly unintentional. I have no problem with changing races, even multiple times a season, as long as your opponent knows that you will be P/T/Z/random. If you wanted to play a different race than you have listed, you would need to notify your opponent as soon as possible and make absolutely sure he knows the match is different so that practice time is not wasted.
