Weed out the inactives, get some fresh blood (except for brotosses, we already have enough), and keep the teams the same-ish for the most part. Unless someone wants to leave, of course.

Yes, the point of creating teams was to get stable practice environments with the same people while maintaining a sense of identity through a team name, color and logo. So as far as I'm concerned all the teams remain the same, along the necessary changes to their rosters.
