I'm not a fan of Naniwa cause he uses Colossi in PvT.

Such a different naniwa from just a year ago. He is learning so much and I am sure he will do just fine in the near future. I have waited for him to succeed in Code S for more than a year now, and today was such a relief.

Your rewriting history/dont know what your talking about. Naniwa also througth (1 year ago) koreans were much better.

You can say whatever you want about stats but fact is Naniwa got first in a group of solid Code S players with Puzzle, MVP and Ryung, which is not something many people would be able to do.

Really like Naniwa's responses. Seems much more mature than what I'd seen and heard previously.

Extremely happy to hear Mvp might have a clue about what is going on with his health. Hopefully he can get it fixed and back into form.

why people say mvp was in a slump??? last gsl season he went to ro16 and in his 2nd group went 1-2. Losing to semifinalist of GSL, and almost finalist gumiho. Reminds me when people say to nestea that he is in a slump, and nestea saying that he thinks he is not in a slump.

As you said it's not his fault, and if he choose not to accept the seed GOM would give it to another foreigner anyway.
So why decline? ^_^

Decline it so Stephano can get it

I'm pretty sure the reason Stephano didn't get it was because he wouldn't go to Korea anyway. I thought he' s stated that he doesn't want to go to Korea when he can make more money abroad.

Stephano would probably be the first and only foreigner to win a GSL.

Do you mean the "fuck off" to Huk after the Hallu VRs incident? Or the flinging the headphones down and breaking a key off his keyboard? Or the 6pools vs aLive? Or the constant, constant balance whine? Or the refusal to shake hands with Cruncher? Or the vulgar gesture to MC at MLG Columbus last year, in front of a whole crowd?

Anyway, glad to see that MVP is back - he might not be the best any more, but he could become a contender. Good luck with the disks!

I couldn't disagree more. In an interview with someone, IdrA clearly stated that he just likes to play along with all the shit talking. Just friendly shit talking.

That doesn't make what IdrA does professional though (since we are talking about professionalism here). I mean, if I shout, "Fuck you!" across the room even jokingly at, say, one of my coworkers in front of a customer, that'd still be seen as totally unprofessional. Even if it's done in good humor and even if my boss doesn't care, it's still not something I should be doing because it promotes a bad image of my company.

Like I posted before. http://i.imgur.com/LtMEu.png and that incident when he called MLG a joke on the mainstage AT the tournament. There are tons of examples but i'm not going to waste my time finding all the screenshots. It's really bizarre to me that people turn a blindeye to all of the shit he does just because hes a foreigner from europe. If he was American, i'd bet europeans would hate him.

An adult should still be able to control himself. Naniwa acts so childish at times, makes it hard to cheer for him but I'm very happy he got into Ro16, and in a convincing manner as well.

By the standards he set for himself, he is indeed slumping. This is the guy who spent 4-5 months during the latter half of 2011 absolutely annihilating everyone in the world. Ro16 GSL and whatnot isn't where MVP should be.

The customer would probably be smart enough to know that you are joking. That will make him or her laugh, which will make you funny, thus bring in more customers. Customers have money.

True, makes me wonder what to consider slump for each player

Although i dont think losing to semifinalist of gsl is a slump

Its like Nestea knocking Mvp out of tournament and saying yeah, Mvp is slumping...

I highly doubt stephano could win a GSL. He's good but not that good.

On topic congratulations to naniwa, was really surprised to see he made it out of his group, let alone first. Very well done ^^.

Cervical disc? That's the neck, right? (at first I thought cervix lol)

Seems a bit odd that two progamers would both have neurological problems like that.
