This is what we've been discussing for a while now. The previous idea of having it span over two days does not make sense considering this isn't a big tourney. Plus there's the risk of losing viewers if we do that (and we want to spread the TL Dota love as much as we can.) Therefore we decided to make it only for a day. Because of this, there were changes made to the setup:
- All games are now Bo1, except the Grand Finals which are a Bo3. We can add that advantage in for Game 1, and that should be a sufficient bonus for the winner's bracket winners.
- We've moved the tournament up by 2 hours. This allows the Europeans more leeway in timings, and we can get more games in during the day. I know it makes it a bit worse for the PDT guys, and we've tried to adjust, but that's the best we can do as it stands
