Introduction Carl Sagan was an astronomer and a writer born in 1934, he is known for launching the SETI project, the conception of the Pioneer Plaque and the Voyager Golden Record His most famous books are A Pale Blue Dot, Contact. Dragons of Eden is one of his books. (Adebisi's good suggestion) He died in 1996. TLDR; He was a cool dude
This map is a fusion of four ideas: Two 5minerals 1gas expands in a dead-end, bridges which are the most underused and defensive feature in the game (except if you consider the Bridgeramp 9000), modified Princess Fortress middle and xelnaga towers giving support for the middle. Yes the map has 20 bases ZOMG IS TOO MUCH, if i count in terms of 8m bases, it turns out to be a 17bases map

| Carl Sagan is my hero, and it seems like you guys would've made him proud if he played SC2. The map seems kind of like a combination of Entombed Valley and TDA. I like the 3rd and 4th base, too, seems relatively easy to secure. |

LOL -- This. ^^
Also, this map looks like it could make a really sweet leap off into FRB conversion country. It reminds me even more of Hardened Heart than Barrin's Overtake as a lot more of the shape seems to fit directly (even though not as much ramp-y-ness). I really like the way this turned out, especially the wonky aesthetics.
Maybe you could put a flying Carl Sagan in the middle of the map, and just call it SETI? |

I like how vibrant the map is.
Keep the Sagan reference.... maybe call it Dragons of Eden, Cosmos doesn't really seem appropriate.

So .... you made Cloud Kingdom and a map made almost entirely out of rainbows and called Carl Sagan? You're my second favourite human being.
I really like what I'm seeing - and not just the colours, the layout too. It seems too experimental for me to give you any good feedback without playing it, which I will effect in due time. I cannot wait.

| And let's not forget that if he loses, he has the map pick for game 7. He might be saving Carl Sagan for last. |
| | Was bad at SC2, then my computer stopped running it. Now I'm bad at BroodWar. |

It does seem a little chokey, yes. If there were more flanking options it would be better, I think.
The tilesets and layout are awesome though! |

This map is gorgeous... It is a little chokey though... I really like the bridged bases with fewer resources, that feels like a cool concept.
also have I mentioned how gorgeous this map is? |
