Even if he told NASL he will be on vacation, NASL wont say he is gone until his match comes up. They did same thing last time to get more viewers.

Yep, Stephano vs Puma has not been played and won't be, at least this week.

You'll just have to wait for NASL to announce whether it's a walkover or a post-poned match.

And yes, they'll announce it only when they're already live to get more viewers to watch the stream

OP updated about Stephano PuMa situation:

We are sorry to report that (T)PuMa received a walkover win over (Z)Stephano due to (Z)Stephano not showing up for his match this morning during it's scheduled time slot.

Zenio 2-0 Hwangsin
Stephano ?? PuMa
Brat_OK 2-0 TT1
ClouD 2-1 NightEnD

Honestly I have no idea on the stephano puma game, it will be a 2-1 victory but I have no idea who will win.
The only way to attack structure is with chaos.

Thanks for announcing it kinda early, NASL. If you're able to, it would be great if you could do it even two or three hours earlier next time, that way it's much more convenient for EU viewers who might want to catch the original US broadcast.

Anyway, good luck with Season 3, looks great so far. It's not super professional and flashy yet, but it's steadily getting closer.

Yeah, Cloud was pretty lacklustre against Mana last night. I expect Nightend to 2-0 him.

Zenio should beat HwangSin ezpz.

Brat_OK vs TT1 could be a toss up, but Brat_OK should be the favourite.

Well, I'm very glad to hear it, and it's nice to see that NASL is on top of everything (though I do consider it a change of policy). Onwards and upwards!

*and yeah, it would be nice if stephano would get over being a teenager..

I predict:
Zenio 2-0 HwangSin (Zenio has pretty sick good ZvP)
Puma W-0 Stephano (Stephano had to miss a match eventually, haha, that's just how it works)
Brat_OK 2-0 TT1 (Sorry TT1)
NightEnD 2-0 ClouD (NightEnD has really good PvT and ClouD isn't really consistent with his TvP)
Done with Team Liquid for a while. Don't expect to find me here.

Too bad the match couldn't be re-scheduled : (

(Stephano is on a 1 week ski vacation with his family.)

Rude and completely incorrect. This type of situation is not the NASL's fault, it's Stephano's. They are not intentionally 'fucking with their viewers' and it's rude to say that they are.

With 2-0 wins over Zenio and Stephano, Puma has basically got this division locked up. Potential NASL 3-time champion?
Don't hoot with the Owls at night if you cant soar with the Eagles at dawn.

Alright, I'll give context. NASL has a history of not informing about matches being postponed/cancelled until during broadcast, and, as the matches used to be cast from replays, this was presumably done in order not to lose viewers (some of whom would've not tuned in if aware that the-exciting-match-of-the-night would not be not happening). To paying customers (and most everyone else) this obviously felt like a slap in the face. I might have stated it rudely, but then shaming can be a good way of changing behavior.

In this particular case I agree with you, this is on stephano, not NASL. But, as people know of Stephano being on a skiing holiday, and thus unable to play the game, and as no news was released concerning the match that contradicted it being played, well, old wounds were reopened and people assumed the worst. Can't blame them, if nothing else it provoked a response from NASL and an apparent confirmation that that is a thing of the past. Good news for everyone, MrBitter will survive a few harsh words

Yeah, wanted to see it

In unique and special cases, I think it's better to reschedule matches instead of FFing players.
