I am so glad my prayers were heard, I am still having nightmares about destructible rocks.
Joking aside I kind of enjoyed the map and other than terran floating CC's to the islands I thought it was pretty good for zerg. I hope they fix the fps issue and add it back to the pool.Last edit: 2012-04-24 17:15:52 |

| Yeah, for some reason my fps tanked on Metropolis. I mean, my computer isn't stellar, but it ran all other maps just fine. Glad they're looking into it. |

I believe that its back now with some work done to the layering of doodads and other unecessary things.
I just upgraded my GPU to a sapphire HD6870 and I run it on ultra now with no problems. I didnt have any problems before either but I was only running medium then with my old GT320. I have had an i7-860 the entire time so my point is that I think this is a CPU issue and not a GPU issue. Maybe you guys who have FPS drops should start by looking there? |

I was wondering the same thing. They're really taking their sweet time fixing that FPS issue...-___-. One of the few maps with consistently epic games.

theres not only epic games on metropolis.. just because games often reach 40 min 5 base vs 5 base it doesnt mean the games are epic
i think its pretty zerg-favored as well.. atleast against terran |
