Palmar is scum this game. He wasn't helpful all D1. He wasn't his typical, aggressive townie self. He ninja voted. He didn't contribute to discussion. He didn't push or make cases or do anything that Palmar does. This is A) typical scum play and B) typical Palmar scum play.
