The 2012 NFL Draft begins tonight! The First Round will be held tonight at 8 P.M. EST from Radio City Music Hall in NYC.
This draft class is notable for having two top QB prospects- Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III - who are all but assured to go #1 and 2 respectively. After there questions arise, with 4 top prospects (Justin Blackmon, Matt Kalil, Trent Richardson and Morris Claiborne) all in high demand.

No chance. Steelers will pick him if he's there, IMO. Hard to see them passing him up, unless they have an available O-Line rated way higher than him. Otherwise, they have Larry Foote starting and RILB...and yeah.
Could also see him going to a few other teams before us.

IT sucks no oakland this year. Who is going to fill the void of making an awful pick in the first round. In fact i think oakland has done so many trades they dont have any picks for next 5 years.

I think I'm most interested to see where Trent Richardson ends up. Though there have been some good RBs come out the last couple years, I really haven't seen a "wow" factor from any of them since Adrian Peterson- until now. I really believe Richardson is going to be a stud in the league, and I can't wait to see which team lucks out into him.

Well the Skins have been pretty notorious for picking a defenseive or offensive tackle of some sort over the last few years when they have really been in dire need in other positions....
That being said, I dont think they can screw up this year as its pretty obvious that they are going after RG3

Hehe I can already see the Redskins fans' heads exploding when they draft Matt Kalil at #2.

I agree, as a recent Alabama Alum I got to see him a lot. He is as awesome off the field as he is on the field. A team is going to score big with him. I just hope he doesn't get stuck in the pit of mediocrity that is the Browns.

Don't see what's wrong with that. DL and OL (tackles for the most part) are the best non-QB picks teams can make in the first round. It's just a matter of picking the right ones. The flashy skill players like RB and WR are overrated in the first round, especially early in the first round. Those are not good picks.

I think RB's overall are awful picks anywhere in the early rounds. You dont need a tob 10 rb to win a superbowl.

Ideal.. they trade up for Richardson Secondary - Chandler Jones or Melvin ingram or Malcom Floyd
who knows what the hell they will do though
if i was a jets fan, the very last thing i would want them to do is trade up for richardson
