The demand for this game was much higher than the available spaces. After taking all the PM invites, there was unfortunately only 1 spot left for open signups.
This is an experimental setup, so signups were highly selective. I intend to run more variants on the Liar Game theme in the future if this setup is successful, so rest assured that future games will be more open (provided the bureaucrat actually lets me host them).
Everyone who signed up in this thread who did not get into the game will be on the replacement list. If you wish to join the obs QT instead of being a replacement, feel free to PM Protactinium. However, as a warning to all, I will not hesitate to swiftly replace you for inactivity or inappropriate posting. If you are on the replacement list, please keep up with the thread as the game goes along so you do not have to catch up when you replace into the game.

Welcome to the Liar Game. It is now Round A (Minority Voting).
The statement for today's game is:
Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
If you agree with this statement, vote yes.
If you disagree with this statement, vote no.
Some points of note:
-Please remember that there are 2 mafia factions.
-While PMs are allowed, you may ONLY use the TL mafia interface. IRC, IMs, Skype, etc. are NOT allowed. (Mafia are still allowed to talk among themselves in whatever way they choose, of course).
-In the event of a tie for the minority round, a second minority round will be held. If there are 3 consecutive minority rounds, the game will go straight into the night phase.
-You do not ever vote publically in the thread. All your votes, in both phases, are made by pm'ing protactinium. PM's sent to Ver or Incognito will be ignored. All votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted. Thus you will have no idea what anyone else is voting until after the phase is done. After the results are posted at the deadline, all votes will be made public.
-Beware, the lynch mechanics make this game very different than your typical game of mafia! If you are not immune to lynch from being in the minority and do not receive any votes, you will die! Any number of players may die per lynch. Thus everyone has a very real chance of dying every single cycle. This game demands proactive play.
-There are 24 hours for the minority voting cycle and 24 hours for the lynch cycle. Don't hesitate in starting to prepare for the lynch cycle well in advance. Otherwise you might find yourself thrown off and without enough time.
-In short, the most important resource in this game is time. Manage it well, and victory will be yours.
