Wait, red rings = ENEMY ruptures? So you get a ring indicator showing where enemy ruptures will land?



That's how I understand it. Pretty upset with the zeal/pd movespeed changes. I feel like its somewhat unnecessary and kinda lame =/

Yes, there was a small outrage by Chogath players so they reduced the animation

I like the Cho Rupture change. Not because I play him, but because NO ONE plays him at even near competitive level since he becomes so binary depending on his ruptures.


All spells attempted to be cast while crowd controlled (stunned, snared, etc) will now cast immediately at the end of the effect

I wonder how much this will mess up players for a while.

And also :D

Fixed a bug where players could not spam emotes to their heart's content

Honestly I would have made the opposite change to Cho Rupture--don't even give the indicator animation at all, and UP the delay to 1+ seconds.

As it stands, Cho's rupture is nothing about how good you are at landing it and everything about your opponent's ability to move out of the way.

That would be a bullshit guessing game to play against tbh. Invisible skill shots that can mean life or death isn't a good thing.

So instead of making the skill a mindgame between the user and the enemy, you'd rather make it an "oh my opponent can see the red circle and has boots so now I can't land anything without being set up"?

Also, Kunkka from DotA. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's fun to play, not un-fun to play against, and blind Torrents/Torrent juking makes some of the best spectator moments.

Thank goodness they finally did this. Having the frost arrows be slower always annoyed me to no end.


That seems to me like a pretty nice buff. Applying a slow from Q earlier means more successful ganks, better kiting, better chasing, just makes Ashe better all around.

Although those Zeal/PD changes...

kunkka's torrents aren't fully 'invisible'. you can still see the facing of kunkka as he casts it so you kind of know where the torrent could be and couldnt be. fake torrents are so fun though. animation cancelling in dota so awesome

sadly, invisible rupture never gonna happen cos it's ''antifun'' + burden of knowledge

fking antifun ruining all the fun

Once people hit boots 2, you could easily dodge the rupture unless you cast it outside of them or they were slowed. And everyone expects it to come once they see the huge clunker just approaching. Chasing? Nope, still so easy to halt for a quarter second or redirect the moment the ground starts shaking since it's so easy to run out of range no matter where you are in the rumbling rocks. And don't even think about hitting it in an open field.
And it's not like it's a major change. It's 0.05 seconds, not even a tenth of a second.
