Hmm. I thought Zealos's play was significantly different from his scum play, but his early MTG filter is quite similar. He even does that little coaching thing where he tells the guy to post more.
Might not be a bad lynch.

you're stealing my Zealos case and give SnB credit for his case on me? You're playing acceptable when it comes down to establish your townieness. Everything else is completely missing. :-(
I´m not stealing anyones case, I got an early scumread on Zealos and now I´m telling you about it, if you or S&B or anyone else agree, then I´m happy about that. My first duty is to show I´m town, the second is to find scum. I have to be clear about the first, the second one I prefer to keep to myself until I need to present my reads. Sorry if this makes my filter look a bit thin.
nah you're completely right about that. I just wanted to critisize something, to keep you from getting lazy.
But I want to be lazy town  Point taken. I tried to make a case on Zealos. There´s not much to go on, but the 3 things he´s done in the game look bad.

I don´t understand what you are saying here, does he look like when he played in another game where he was town, or scum?
I don´t know anything about zealos meta. |

Night 1

The streets were filled with the townspeople, all bubbling with excitement for the results of the voting.
"So why are we voting for a leader again?" asked a quiet voice in the background.
The chatter died down as people started to look suspiciously toward the voice.
A microphone screeched with feedback as a man in a suit stepped up to the podium.
"I am government man, come from the government. The government has sent me. Mr. Wiggles has won the position as new Leader for Earth, and runner up EchelonTee has won the position of Vice-Leader".
The town exploded in cheers and festivities at this historic moment, popping champagne and blowing the things that make the "phhrrrrpp" noise.
Moved by the crowd's excitement, Mr. Wiggles stepped up to the mike and announced, "I promise to be your Bestest Friend. Everything will be A- OK. Let's celebrate my inauguration by sentencing that weirdo to die!"
The crowd burst with more cheering as they carried off that quiet voice of Sinensis off to the edge of the nearest cliff, and tossed him in.
"It doesn't make sense that 30 people could vote for the leader of earthhhhhhhhhh......."
A big green splatter smeared the bottom of the crevice.
Sinensis the foolish Earthling has exploded!

His play is quite different from SNMMX (scum), where he deliberately played aggressive (but kinda missed and ended up obnoxious). However, his play is quite similar to his play in MTG (scum), where he hedges a lot.
I recall reading his town play in GoT and it was pretty decent. Jumped straight into cases, didn't hedge.

Sup. I think I'm going to use a random number generator to get the first "target". No matter if 3rd party, mafia or town the guy has to claim the mason thing he he wants to survive the day after seeing me flip and surely catching scum in a QT isn't bad either.
That being sad I want protection this night as I am HIGHLY likely to be shot. I don't care if it's a medic or a jailer because again, I'm roleblock-immune.

Aren´t you overestimating your importance for town? I want you to survive the night and think you are a good target, but it´s up to the medics/jailors.
I suggest any jailors heavily consider protecting Toades, while medics find other targets, that should draw enough, but not too much, protection on Toades. |

yeah thought of that as well. But than again I don't want the guy to be shot and I gave a couple of townreads away already. I might use the random generator and redo it until I end up with someone who has a green color in my sheet of awesome.

Yeah, I know, it´s just that when there were replacements in Holy Roman, it was mostly to make sure no scum had to be modkilled.

it was more of a general thought as in: I want protection, I don't care about who ends up giving me that protection.
We can make a nice plan about this if you want to. Remember the plan WBG did in L to guide vigis? We could say something along the lines of: "If you are within spot #1 to 15# protect Toad, if you are not protect whoever you want to".
I doubt we have medics like candy in this game and there's always those people who just don't follow plans just for the sake of not doing what they were told to do. I recently learned that lol |

I´m agreeing with MZ here, there should be several likely candidates to mason, and while scum might accidentaly hit your mason-buddy in the night, your buddy is not a prime target after today, so picking the right player, rather than just anyone, should pay off later on. |

Maybe kitaman, I'm not sure exactly. I thought sinensis was pretty scummy, so he was my choice. I wanted to lynch into the people who ran for mayor, since I thought it was likely that there would be a scum there. strongandbig would be my other choice from that pool, but he's looking better to me now than before, so I don't think I'd be ready to lynch him right now.
We just have to make sure that we get scum on Day 2. Hopefully Greymist finds replacements too, so we don't have to deal with a bunch of modkills. |

We're not in too bad of a situation though, depending on night actions.
It's up to jailers and medics to decide what they want to do. Toad's crypticism could prove useful though. I would ask more questions about your mason role, but you seem predisposed to secrecy. Obviously, you should pick someone you think is town so 1. you don't get scum manipulated 2. you can start to consolidate reads, form a town circle, etc. If you don't want to pick someone who will be shot, just WIFOM lol.
It's highly likely that not all of us will live through the night (I'm talking to you guys), so I will put down some reads/suspicions before the night ends and I hope others do the same.
