Flash has never really been known for his super fast speed. His decision making, skill, and critical thinking are what got him to the top of the BW food chain.
"super fast" in terms of broodwar. His apm in broodwar usually floated around 350 apm, versus someone like Jaedong who had 400 apm typically. Its still really high (and higher than most foreigners)
Actually if I recall he was only around 275-300 average, not even 350 ish. At least I think?
Flash's apm in sc1 was 330-370.
In a couple of weeks, flash is already good enough to take a game off someone like Apocalypse? Thats astounding if you ask me. |

| To be honest, after I've just watched the videos, I can safely say that the community is strongly overreacting at this moment upon this matter. Sure his mechanics are good, but these aren't games vs Code S players. |
