Yeah we will see  Haven't watched any streams so far, wanna expierence it for myself... It also is obvious you have to be more careful in HC, so if those people on the stream died they might have pulled tons of enemies for getting more exp or something. |

I just bought diablo 3, but never played beta (or diablo2, only played diablo1 when it came out).
Any advice on what a good class to start with is? Just for casual play, i just want to experience the game play as much as possible (but not a to difficult class to start with please).
I don't have a specific preference i think, I like HULK SMASH classes, but also like wizardry stuff or ranged.... so yeh thats not much help lol.
Any advice? Currently thinking Barb or Demon hunter (just because sounds cool).
But how are they difficult wise for noobs like me? |

Doubt so as well.. not in the first difficulty. Game will probably be very noob friendly there.
I've been watching streams today and I disagree. There were some tough areas, even in act 1 normal. Maybe not insanely tough, but pretty hard and saw some people die/ run away. *EDIT : And I found beta super easy, went to under 50% HP once with monk and never with all the other classes. The areas honestly look challenging.
I think we can expect normal difficulty to be similar to diablo 2's normal difficulty. Meaning not very hard if you take your time. Heck, I even made my little sister beat the game on normal and her main gaming experience at that time was The Sims.  |

| I like the mobility and dual resource system of the Demon Hunter though the Witch Doctor is very tempting as well. I'll likely make a DH first and maybe WD as a secondary character. I really like the style of dual 1h crossbows so I'm hoping they don't suck comparatively to bows and 2h crossbows. Last edit: 2012-05-15 11:32:25 |

All the classes were pretty even in the pre-open beta poll and the open beta poll iirc.

Just bit the bullet and bought the game. I actually haven't much idea about the classes besides the class I played through the beta. I think I will probably make Demon Hunter though.

| Witch doctor is my favorite but he lagged the shit out of my friends with bad computers in the open beta. WD solo, Barb in party, hardcore asap. Would be nice if they'd waive the hardcore req for people that have previous diablo games in their bnet accounts... |

no offence to most of the people saying that they will mayby play HC later.. 90% of you will just go back to SC or quit thats how it was with d2 and likely how d3 will be lol
You have to have the mentality that after grieving over your 90+ dead char for a day or 2 that you make the next char with the same damn name and start right over |
