On a server with three friends who are playing for the first time. So there's like six of us. We all meet up in Elektro and find a car. The car has tons of shit in the back so we start sorting out the weapons, dividing supplies up, all that jazz. Suddenly we hear a faint, "It's raining, it's pouring..."
We all freak the fuck out. We look around and suddenly a man wearing a Jason mask walks out of the woods. He is invincible. He will not die no matter how much he gets shot. Several of us start D/Cing for fear of the inevitable server crash or whenever it is that he decides to fire the SAW he's holding. "It's raining, it's pouring...it's raining, it's pouring, it's raining, it's pouring..." starts to get louder. We all yell over vent and luckily none of us die, just one of us ended up with broken legs but no big deal 'cause we got so many medical supplies from the car we found lol.

Actually the issue is that people torrent Arma 2 or Use the free version/demo version. Then torrent to update to the full with cracked cd-keys etc...etc... All the keys are randomly generated. You can literally buy dayZ not legit for roughly 2-5$ USD. People always crack the new "updates" wheather its battleye or Arma 2 itself. The overall security of the program is garbage and I have looked at the coding. It can take litterally less that 24hrs to crack the updates and have a new script ready to go undetected. Actually there are people who are selling themsevles as a "service" to crack the game. Do some google searching and look around. Sadly the "Punkbuster" program from EA is extremely well done. Rocket has said in an interview that he will not be focusing on reducing the hacking due to other "pressing" matters. He is leaving it up to the developer and battleye.

Is it wrong if you find a lot of hacked gear to take it all and hide it somewhere? Because that's what I did. I have like 30 AS50 TWS's and other guns right now.

Encountered a hilarious hack the other day that teleported everyone in the server to Cap Golova and made us all start dancing. I didn't stick around to wait for the server all-kill though

Vilayer screwed up the billing of it and brought it down because they didn't get paid. Still down but hopefully will be back up at some point. This was posted in the SFW pictures thread I lol'ed

So I've finally found the time to check out the game and it is AWESOME despite the fact that 99% of the time you will just be walking around. I've managed to get to elektro and get some valuable stuff (I think, such as a ghillie suit), but I haven't found a tent. I would be really sad if I lose all my stuff and I only have like 2 empty slots remaining on my backpack sooo where do I get one? I checked the DayZ wiki and it just tells you stuff about it, not where to get it.

Supermarkets and other residential spawns such as houses and pubs. However they are pretty rare, you're lucky to have found a gillie suit so soon.

Any residental building, office building or supermarket, but tents aren't working properly right now, if you set up a tent now there's a good chance it will be completely empty on server restart, or destroyed by a hacker.

Ok how in the world did you move all that gear? Is that on your home server and you loaded up the Ural? Thats alot of stuff to move. 50 charges taking up 2 slots each. You had to hire a moving company lmao.
