Just got the game a short while ago, found a winchester but have no ammo Anyone want to show a new guy the ropes?
Amusing activities so far... Trusted first guy I saw, saluted him, he responded in kind and then shot me in the back of the head when I turned around. The next guy just shot me from far away. The third guy I tried to shoot before he could kill me... I missed -_- |

I've been putting off getting this for a long time (waiting for a price drop) but I'm really interested.
But is it more PVP now than teaming up to survive? In that case I may just end up passing.

I have been playing this for 1½ week now, a couple of hours every evening with some friends.
And I have only killed 1 person and that was because he shot at me first.
This game is still very much survival but it is true that the PvP have been a lot of the focus lately |

It's really not just PvP. After playing the game for a while, you'll learn that there are certain areas that are very dangerous though. |

well i just started playing 2days ago. its very easy to get to the point where you trust no one.
on the server i was on i was killed at least 6 out of the 9 spawns by players. there was alot of killing going on near the spawns .
i even walked up beside people couple times didnt shoot and got shot about 1min half later. i even sat around a player who was afk who came back gos who are you then shoots me. all these deaths i had starter gear or less.
thats much better then the first day where i died to hackers all killing the servers very disheartning but i can see how much fun the game is as soon as i got passed both these problems |

Yeah sometimes I run along the coast after I get geared up just to kill those spawn bandits. Found 2 guys that laid in the water beneath the surf on the coast so you can't see them. They opened up on me as soon as they saw me....With their maks. So I killed them and moved on. I'm really not sure why people like to kill newbies on the coast? All you'll get is their sweet beginner loot! |

Hey guys, my group had a bit of an adventure last night if anyone would like to watch I was lucky enough to be streaming when it happened. Basically me and 3 other friends went to save a 4th friend who was dieing of starvation but things didn't work out so well for us.
Warning some NSFW language
