2 midgets with big boxing gloves fighting on a giant clown head.
I think I might need help.
Good thing that natural third is a small mineral field or else I could see terran and protoss being OP defensively. Will test. |

I see two penguins with bibs flying backwards riding on horses that are fighting on an asteroid spaceship.
But honestly I love the map. Like it's really fantastic.
Great proportions, unique design, very nice flow, great use of high ground and simply a great example of what a 2p reflection map should look like. Also it's beautiful.
Really, really great work. Hopefully sometime when I have more time I can come back and give a little more in depth analysis. =)
Ninja edit: If you want those thirds to be half bases you should really consider just putting one gas, as zerg and protoss expand largely for the gas, not the minerals. Lowering the mineral count huts terran more. It's up to you, but it might be interesting to take off the one gas.Last edit: 2012-05-19 14:27:51 |

Majora's Mask!...kinda
The map looks great, nice work with the tiles. Can't really see anything wrong with balance from my initial impression; the corridors look a bit choked at first glance, but with the well placed ramps it's relatively easy to set up flanks. |

| I see a demon dear o.o.o.o. In any case, the lighter water adds very nicely to the overused dark-type Xel'Naga fortess type aesthetics. I kinda feel like the map layout will lend itself well to hidden expansions given how spread the map is and how many bases are so far from the "main map" which is the top leftish half. Not really sure my opinion on that, but just an observation. |

I think that this is a really good map, and its sad that it probably won't get the credit it deserves. Probably will be protoss favored though, if you're interested in why feel free to PM Last edit: 2012-05-19 20:36:11 |

| I feel like the watchtower should be on the level down, covering the fastest path and incentivising the use of the longer path around the back. |

| It seems really interesting but drops seems weak. Zergs seem to have some good opportunities to do multipronged attacks, elevator play may be very interesting. Protoss can have a lot of fun with blink stlakers & colossi walking right into the main & flee easily, is it what you were thinking of plexa? |

i see two little birds in a bird's nest
it looks really favored for zerg since you can always expand away form your opponents natural and it seems very prone to runbys it kinda seems hard to split and turtle though which is nice |

The top portion appears to be a pair of Oompa-loompas on a Mortal Kombat loading screen. The bottom looks like either a Hydralisk with short mandible-things, or some Pokemon whose name I can't recall at the moment. Lairon perhaps?
As for the map, I love the design and will certainly be playing some games on it today. |

| I saw scrap station at first, but now that I I'm paying a bit more attention, it lacks a number of the major flaws of scrap station, notably those damn short route rocks, it has 3 "safe" bases (which I think is a bit overkill, but far enough apart for Z to do some pressure on them), and the 4th (scrap's 3rd) bases are REALLY far apart with defensible ramps. Also appears to have a reasonably long "regular" rush distance. Overall I'm liking it. |

What map isn't protoss favored?
Imo this map is pretty nice except I despise the wasted space... it just really bothers me. I'd rather a map that uses almost all of the space efficiently instead of having 1/4 that is practically useless. The space allocation just needs work- the middle is too small and the airspace is waaaayy too much. |

| I'd have to disagree on that, having that open space gives a lot more flexibility in TvT mid-game tank lines (as opposed to Metalopolis, where there are only 2 lanes, which are easily sieged up), and the air space offer a benefit to he heavier air play, seeing as there is no threat of EMP, nukes, or AA turrets. Players that favor the more ground support styles can use their positioning and expansions to try and force engagements on their own terms. |
